I am a graphic artist, a writer addicted to imagination. I often choose etching as a medium because––as with a short story––you can never be sure how an etching will turn out. A former art critic of The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Trenton Times and The Baltimore Sun, I began printmaking in 1990, creating large, independent etchings and also, smaller graphics meant to illustrate my novels, story collections, poetry books and limited edition livre d’artiste.
